- • The Leave of Absence Program Manager will own the administration and management of Included Health’s generous Leave of Absence program, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
- • This role provides expert guidance to business leaders on the interpretation and application of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it relates to employee leave.
- • The position involves building strong, empathetic relationships with employees preparing for leave, while collaborating closely with managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support seamless transitions.
- • A core responsibility is designing, maintaining, and continuously improving leave policies and processes to enhance clarity, fairness, and operational efficiency.
- • The ideal candidate will balance empathy with consistent policy enforcement, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills when supporting employees through sensitive personal situations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing high-volume leave requests, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- • The role requires exceptional attention to detail, top-tier organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- • As part of the Talent and Organization (TAO) team, the incumbent will contribute to a culture of care, compliance, and operational excellence in support of Included Health’s mission.
- • This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in leave management, ADA compliance, and HR operations while making a tangible impact on employee experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, and other state or federal leave regulations.
- • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information with empathy and clarity.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads with exceptional attention to detail and organizational precision.
- • Experience collaborating with HRBPs, managers, and employees to support leave transitions and policy interpretation.
- • Knowledge of ADA requirements and best practices for reasonable accommodation in the workplace.
