- • As a Legal AI Implementation Strategist at Haast Technologies Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between deep legal and compliance expertise and cutting-edge AI technology, enabling global enterprises to transform their compliance workflows from manual, time-intensive processes into intelligent, automated systems that drive measurable efficiency gains.
- • You will lead end-to-end AI implementation projects for Tier-1 enterprise clients, beginning with client onboarding and discovery, through workflow analysis and solution design, to full platform rollout and adoption, ensuring that Haast’s AI capabilities are precisely aligned with each organization’s unique legal and compliance operating model.
- • Your day-to-day will involve working directly with General Counsels, Chief Compliance Officers, and senior legal teams to deconstruct complex legal workflows — such as contract review, regulatory monitoring, and policy enforcement — identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and high-friction areas where AI can deliver the greatest impact.
- • You will translate intricate legal documents, regulatory frameworks, and internal compliance policies into structured, machine-actionable logic that Haast’s AI engine can interpret, apply, and scale across thousands of documents and use cases.
- • A core part of your role will be enabling user adoption by training and guiding legal, compliance, and even marketing teams on how to effectively use, trust, and derive value from the Haast platform, turning skeptics into advocates through clear communication and demonstrable results.
- • You will act as a strategic troubleshooter, resolving both technical and organizational blockers that arise during implementation — whether they stem from data integration challenges, change resistance, or misaligned expectations — by crafting pragmatic, evidence-based paths forward.
- • You will establish a continuous feedback loop with Haast’s Product and Engineering teams, sharing real-world insights from client implementations to directly influence product roadmap priorities, feature development, and platform enhancements.
- • As Haast scales globally, you will help build and refine repeatable implementation playbooks, standardizing best practices for deployment, change management, and client success that can be leveraged across industries and geographies.
- • You will operate within a high-impact, fast-moving environment where your legal background is not just valued — it is the essential foundation for success, allowing you to speak credibly with legal leaders and drive transformation from a place of deep domain understanding.

- • Proven professional experience practicing law or working within a legal, compliance, or regulatory function in a commercial or enterprise setting
- • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze complex legal workflows and regulatory requirements under pressure
- • Credibility and communication skills to engage effectively with senior legal and compliance stakeholders (e.g., General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer)
- • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset focused on identifying inefficiencies and designing solutions
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, builder’s mentality — energized by creating structure in undefined situations
