📋 Description

• As a Legal AI Implementation Strategist at Haast Technologies Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between deep legal and compliance expertise and cutting-edge AI technology, enabling global enterprises to transform their compliance functions from manual, error-prone processes into intelligent, automated workflows. This role exists because Haast has proven its platform can cut review times by 80% and boost productivity 4x, but successful deployment requires someone who speaks the language of General Counsels and compliance officers and understands where real friction lives in legal operations.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading end-to-end AI implementation projects for Tier-1 enterprises, from initial onboarding and workflow analysis through full rollout and adoption; collaborating closely with legal, compliance, risk, and marketing teams to deconstruct complex, real-world processes and pinpoint where AI can drive maximum efficiency; translating intricate legal documents, regulatory requirements, and internal policies into structured, machine-actionable logic that Haast’s AI engine can interpret and act upon; training and enabling end-users to understand, trust, and effectively use the platform through tailored workshops, documentation, and hands-on support; diagnosing and resolving strategic and technical blockers that arise during implementation, working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to escalate and solve issues; synthesizing frontline customer insights into actionable feedback that directly shapes Haast’s product roadmap; and developing scalable, repeatable implementation playbooks to support the company’s global expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience practicing law or working in a legal, compliance, or regulatory function at a professional level, preferably within a commercial or enterprise environment
• Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze complex legal workflows under pressure, with credibility to engage senior stakeholders such as General Counsels and Chief Compliance Officers from day one
• Strong aptitude for systems thinking and problem-solving—motivated to fix broken processes rather than simply navigate them
• Comfort with ambiguity and a builder’s mindset: energized by creating structure in undefined situations and driving initiatives forward
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its practical applications in legal and compliance contexts, including hands-on experimentation with AI tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical legal and business audiences
