• • As a Legal Counsel Apprentice at Equativ SAS, you will support the Global Head of Legal in providing regulatory and legal guidance to business leaders worldwide, playing a key role in ensuring compliance and mitigating risk in a fast-paced, international ad tech environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with contract drafting and review, supporting regulatory compliance efforts, conducting legal research on data privacy and advertising laws, and helping prepare legal documentation for cross-border operations.
• • You will join a dynamic, global Legal team that serves as the primary legal partner for Equativ’s business units, operating in a complex, evolving industry where legal agility and business acumen are essential.
• • This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in international corporate law, data protection (including GDPR), advertising regulations, and cross-border transactions, allowing you to develop practical legal skills while contributing to real-world business challenges.
