- • Legal Counsel role supporting Altus Group’s public company obligations, strategic transactions, and long-term growth initiatives as part of the global Legal team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, advising on securities and corporate governance, partnering with Finance and executive leadership, providing practical legal guidance, supporting global operations, contributing to process improvements, and building trusted relationships across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • J.D. or LL.B. and called to the Bar in a Canadian province
- • Experience supporting public company disclosure obligations, corporate governance initiatives, and securities compliance matters
- • Experience working on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, or other corporate transactions
