• You will be instrumental in answering inbound calls from a diverse range of individuals seeking help with personal injury matters. • You will guide prospective clients through the entire sign-up process, clearly explaining the services Finch Legal offers and the benefits of securing legal representation. 🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing intake or sales roles, preferably within the legal services industry.
