• • As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients interacting with Finch Legal. Your primary responsibility will be to establish trust within minutes, effectively qualify incoming cases, and ensure that every eligible client can seamlessly and quickly move through the sign-up process. This role is a vital part of our 24/7 team, serving as the frontline of Finch's client experience and directly contributing to our mission of making legal services more accessible.
• • Key responsibilities include answering inbound calls with a high degree of empathy, professionalism, and clarity. You will be tasked with meticulously qualifying cases by assessing eligibility against predefined criteria, ensuring that we are connecting the right clients with the right legal support. A significant part of your role will involve guiding clients through the entire sign-up procedure, from initial information gathering to securing the necessary retainers, thereby facilitating a smooth transition into the legal process.
• • Furthermore, you will be responsible for accurately and comprehensively handing off qualified cases to our team of attorneys and lead paralegals. This involves ensuring all pertinent information is complete, accurate, and clearly documented to facilitate efficient case management.
