  • The Legal Operations team is the backbone of our legal department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution of legal strategies. In this role, you will be exposed to a wide array of legal functions, including contract management, compliance initiatives, litigation support, intellectual property administration, and regulatory adherence. You will have the chance to work on projects that directly influence our operational effectiveness and support our global business objectives.
  • Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, providing a comprehensive learning experience. You will assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal standards. This includes supporting the contract lifecycle management process, from initial drafting and negotiation support to execution and archiving. You will help maintain and organize legal records and databases, ensuring that all information is current, accessible, and secure.
  • Furthermore, you will contribute to compliance efforts by assisting in the research and tracking of regulatory changes across various jurisdictions. This involves supporting the implementation of compliance programs and policies, and helping to ensure that our business practices align with legal and ethical requirements. You will also provide support for ongoing litigation matters, which may involve document collection, organization, and other administrative tasks under the guidance of legal counsel.
  • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders across various departments, including Sales, Finance, and Product Development, to gather information, address queries, and facilitate legal processes. You will learn to communicate effectively with both legal and non-legal professionals, translating complex legal concepts into understandable terms.
  • You will be involved in the administration of intellectual property matters, assisting with the tracking of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. This includes maintaining records and supporting the filing and renewal processes. Your work will also extend to supporting the management of legal vendor relationships, including invoice processing and performance tracking.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field, or currently pursuing a law degree with a strong academic record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
