📋 Description

• The Legal Operations Practice Manager at Sterlington PLLC is a pivotal role responsible for implementing AI workflows and overseeing the execution layer of a Senior Partner’s Corporate and M&A practice, ensuring complex, high-stakes transactions progress with clarity, continuity, and control.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include driving AI-driven process innovation, managing end-to-end matter tracking and timelines, coordinating across attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders, preparing decision-ready summaries for the senior partner, anticipating and mitigating risks, and supporting transaction pipeline visibility and business development follow-through.
• Sterlington PLLC is a full-service law firm specializing in complex corporate, litigation, executive compensation, and private wealth matters, with a focus on both legal and economic aspects of client matters, serving founders, senior executives, and UHNWIs.
• In this role, the individual will gain deep exposure to high-volume transactional legal practice, develop expertise in AI-integrated legal operations, enhance stakeholder and matter management skills, and contribute to scalable systems that improve execution predictability and firm-wide operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on AI fluency: You have built and deployed workflows in a professional context
• Experience in practice management, legal operations, or transactional coordination within a law firm or professional services environment
• Legal background preferred: J.D. or equivalent; US corporate and M&A familiarity is a strong plus
• Native or full professional English fluency required
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset: You introduce clarity without over-engineering
