- • As the first Legal Operations Manager at Ashby, you will build the operational infrastructure for the legal function from the ground up, enabling scalable and efficient legal support during a period of rapid growth (~130% YoY).
- • You will design and implement systems, processes, and tools—including legal intake, contract workflows, and technology integrations—while partnering with Commercial Counsel, Sales, RevOps, Security, Product, IT, and Finance to drive adoption and alignment.
- • Ashby is a fast-growing enterprise software company backed by top investors, serving over 2,700 customers including Snowflake, OpenAI, and Shopify, with a mission to empower talent leaders through data-centric hiring solutions.
- • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of legal tech stack optimization, cross-functional process design, and innovation in AI-enabled workflows, positioning you as a key enabler of legal and business scalability.
