  • • As a Legal Pricing Sales Specialist at Aderant Holdings, Inc., you will drive the adoption of the Virtual Pricing Director (VPD) solution across North American and EMEA law firms by engaging firm leadership in strategic conversations around pricing, profitability, and value delivery. This role is pivotal in helping law firms modernize their pricing approach through data-driven insights and advisory-led selling, directly supporting Aderant’s mission to innovate the legal industry.
  • • Day to day, you will engage law firms in consultative discussions to understand their pricing strategies and challenges, position VPD as a strategic solution for value-based pricing and margin improvement, lead discovery-driven sales cycles, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders such as Pricing Directors and CFOs, deliver insight-led product demonstrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Customer Success, identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, maintain accurate CRM pipeline tracking, and stay current on legal pricing trends and alternative fee arrangements.

You will sharpen your consultative selling skills, build influence with C-suite and practice leaders in law firms, gain experience in complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge pricing analytics solution that is transforming how law firms measure and improve profitability.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, pricing advisory, financial consulting, or solution selling, preferably within legal or professional services environments
  • • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, profitability analysis, or financial performance management
  • • Experience selling pricing, analytics, or financial management software is highly preferred
  • • Proven ability to guide complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes through value-based, insight-led selling
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders in strategic conversations
  • • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, pricing insights, and business outcomes
