📋 Description

  • • As a Liability Claims Adjuster at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will analyze and adjudicate complex liability claims for a dedicated client with capped caseloads, focusing on commercial trucking, auto general liability, and excess claims across nationwide jurisdictions with emphasis on CA, FL, and NY.
  • • Day to day, you will investigate and gather information to determine claim exposure, negotiate settlements within designated authority, communicate claim activity with claimants and clients, and report claims to excess carriers while responding to directional requests professionally and timely.
