  • • Licensed Clinician / Intensive In-Home Team Lead role focused on supporting children and families experiencing mental health or substance use challenges, providing direct clinical services and team leadership to stabilize families and strengthen communities.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and supervising an interdisciplinary team, providing evidence-based individual therapy in home, school, and community settings, coordinating care between families and treatment teams, managing a caseload of 8–12 families, and participating in a rotating on-call response system for crisis support.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • • North Carolina licensure: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT or associate-level license with ability to obtain full licensure within 30 months
  • • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • • Supervisory experience preferred
  • • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
