- ⢠Licensed Clinician / Intensive In-Home Team Lead role focused on supporting children and families experiencing mental health or substance use challenges, providing direct clinical services and team leadership to stabilize families and strengthen communities.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and supervising an interdisciplinary team, providing evidence-based individual therapy in home, school, and community settings, coordinating care between families and treatment teams, managing a caseload of 8ā12 families, and participating in a rotating on-call response system for crisis support.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Masterās degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- ⢠North Carolina licensure: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT or associate-level license with ability to obtain full licensure within 30 months
- ⢠At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
- ⢠Supervisory experience preferred
- ⢠Valid driverās license and auto insurance
