📋 Description

• Join a team of professionals disrupting the insurance and auto retail industries as a Licensed Insurance Agent, Customer Service Representative at Polly Insurance Agency, LLC, where you will provide outstanding service to customers by handling inquiries, managing policy changes, and building strong client and carrier relationships.
• Day to day, you will service client accounts including policy changes, cancellations, updates, and payments; review accounts for coverage adjustments; prepare paperwork such as applications and disclosures; answer incoming calls and emails; assess customer needs; log interactions in AMS360; and support retention by transferring clients to sales or cross-selling additional lines of business.
• Polly Insurance Agency, LLC is a leading embedded automotive insurance marketplace that integrates coverage options from 40+ carriers into the automotive buying experience at thousands of dealerships, placing over $11 billion in coverage and delivering instant quotes, immediate coverage, and expert live agent support to consumers.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in personal lines insurance, strengthen your customer service and relationship-building skills, gain proficiency in AMS360 and insurance operations, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction while working in a supportive, remote-friendly environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills
• Working comfortably in a high-volume work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
• Technically Savvy
