- • As a Licensed Insurance Agent in Inbound Sales at Polly Insurance Agency, LLC, you will play a key role in transforming how consumers shop for car insurance by leveraging technology to deliver seamless, personalized coverage options. This remote position is ideal for a motivated, digitally savvy sales professional focused on growth and customer experience.
- • Day to day, you will handle an average of 150 inbound leads per month from motivated car buyers, analyze customer needs, advise on personalized auto and home insurance policies, navigate multiple carrier systems, cross-sell coverage, and close sales at a strong conversion rate—all without cold calling. You will also foster an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in personal lines insurance sales, master multi-carrier quoting systems, refine your consultative selling skills in a high-volume environment, and build a track record of strong conversion rates—positioning you for long-term growth in insurance sales and customer-facing roles within a tech-forward organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
- • 1+ year(s) of experience selling auto & home insurance in a call center
- • Experience working in a high-volume call center
- • Experience selling multiple carriers and multiple state coverages
- • Solid computer, IT, and systems experience
- • Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, and/or other rating tools (preferred)
