📋 Description
- • As a Licensed Telesales Agent at Devoted Health, you will play a pivotal role in representing the company during initial interactions with prospective Medicare beneficiaries, closing sales over the phone or arranging face-to-face appointments with local agents, assessing healthcare needs, providing product information, and assisting in selecting suitable plans.
- • Day to day, you will support inbound and outbound call campaigns, educate prospective and current members about Devoted products, answer questions, assist with enrollment applications in compliance with Medicare requirements, build rapport through empathy and active listening, assist current members in evaluating coverage and making plan changes, and meet or exceed sales quotas while maintaining quality and productivity goals.
