- • The Licensed Telesales Agent (Bilingual - Spanish) plays a pivotal role in representing Devoted Health during initial interactions with prospective members, closing sales with Medicare beneficiaries over the phone or arranging face-to-face appointments with local agents, assessing healthcare needs, providing product information, and assisting in selecting suitable plans.
- • Day to day, the agent supports inbound and outbound call campaigns, educates prospective and current members about Devoted products, answers questions, assists with enrollment applications in compliance with Medicare requirements, builds rapport through empathy and active listening, evaluates member coverage, identifies gaps, makes plan changes, meets and exceeds sales quotas, and after the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), transitions to supporting the Member Service Guide team from December 15 through March 31 focusing on member service, engagement, and retention.
