- • As the Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives. This includes the meticulous building, continuous optimization, and comprehensive reporting of email performance across the entire customer funnel. Your primary objective will be to transform raw customer data into actionable insights, driving improvements in engagement, retention, and overall revenue through a systematic approach to testing and optimization.

While you will operate independently, close collaboration with the Marketing Manager is essential to ensure that all lifecycle marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with and supportive of broader marketing strategies and objectives.
- • **Key Responsibilities include:**
- • **Lifecycle Ownership:** You will manage and optimize all existing lifecycle email flows. This encompasses a wide range of crucial touchpoints, including welcome series for new subscribers, post-purchase sequences designed to enhance the customer experience, retention campaigns aimed at fostering loyalty, reactivation efforts for dormant customers, and abandoned cart flows to recover potential lost sales. A key aspect of this ownership is maintaining a consistent brand tone and positioning, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the brand's core values of being educational and science-based.
- • **Campaign Execution & Optimization:** You will be responsible for building, launching, and managing email campaigns and automated flows within Klaviyo. This includes owning the logic for segmentation and personalization strategies, ensuring that communications are highly relevant and engaging for each customer segment. Continuous refinement of campaigns and flows based on performance data and evolving customer behavior is paramount. You will also align email planning and execution with the broader marketing calendar through established, efficient workflows.
