  • • As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Scale Army, you will be instrumental in shaping the user journey for a dynamic ecommerce infrastructure company specializing in custom gifting and print-on-demand. Your primary mission will be to design, implement, and optimize comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that significantly enhance user onboarding, drive engagement, and foster long-term retention. This role is pivotal in ensuring that sellers, creators, and online stores leveraging our platform for personalized gift bundles are not only educated on its capabilities but are also actively and consistently utilizing it to scale their businesses.
  • • You will be the architect of automated communication flows, meticulously crafting sequences that guide users from their initial interaction with the platform through to sustained, valuable engagement. This involves building robust lifecycle funnels designed to educate sellers on how to effectively harness the platform's features, from creating unique products to managing fulfillment and branded packaging.
  • • A core aspect of your responsibility will be spearheading email marketing and CRM management. This includes the creation and meticulous management of diverse email campaigns, ranging from essential onboarding series and crucial product updates to informative feature education. You will develop and deploy automated sequences such as welcome series, nurture campaigns designed to build relationships, and re-engagement campaigns aimed at reactivating dormant users.
  • • Furthermore, you will manage and optimize CRM segmentation to ensure that messaging is highly targeted and relevant to specific user groups, maximizing impact and minimizing irrelevant communications. This data-driven approach to segmentation is key to delivering personalized experiences at scale.
  • • Your role will also involve a significant focus on conversion and engagement optimization. By deeply analyzing user behavior patterns, you will identify critical opportunities to refine the onboarding process and boost retention rates. This analytical approach will be complemented by rigorous A/B testing on various elements, including email messaging, subject lines, and the overall structure of email flows, to continuously improve performance.
  • • You will be tasked with optimizing the entire lifecycle funnel to drive higher activation rates and encourage repeat platform usage, directly contributing to the company's growth objectives. This optimization process is iterative and relies heavily on data insights.
  • • A crucial component of this position is data and performance tracking. You will be responsible for monitoring key lifecycle marketing performance metrics, such as email open rates, user engagement levels, activation rates, and overall retention figures. The insights derived from this tracking will be used to provide comprehensive reporting and actionable recommendations to refine existing and future lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • • Collaboration will be essential as you work closely with the broader marketing and product teams. Your input will be invaluable in improving the overall user experience and optimizing communication flows across different touchpoints. This cross-functional teamwork ensures a cohesive and effective user journey.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by the creation of high-performing onboarding and activation email flows, a demonstrable increase in seller engagement and repeat platform usage, and improved lifecycle conversion rates across all key user journeys.
