- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing engine across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and in-product notifications for 4 million global customers in 150 countries. You will architect, launch and continuously optimize multi-channel campaigns that move users from first click to loyal renewal, directly influencing revenue and retention.
- • Build and refine customer journeys that feel human and timely. Map every touchpoint—from onboarding sequences that spark “aha” moments to win-back flows that re-ignite dormant accounts—using segmentation, behavioral triggers and dynamic content to ensure every message lands with relevance.
- • Ideate, write and localize compelling copy and visuals that convert. Whether it’s a 160-character SMS flash sale, a rich WhatsApp carousel or a long-form educational email, you will craft messages that balance brand voice, sales psychology and cultural nuance for audiences across Europe, LATAM and APAC.
- • Design and run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, send times, creative formats and channel mix. Analyze performance dashboards daily, surface insights, squash bugs and iterate fast—turning data into clear next steps that lift open rates, CTR, revenue per recipient and LTV.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Revenue, Data and Localization teams to align lifecycle tactics with product launches, pricing experiments and regional campaigns. Translate business goals into campaign briefs, secure assets and ensure flawless execution across time zones.
- • Champion a test-and-learn culture within a tight-knit squad of five lifecycle marketers. Present weekly wins and misses to leadership, evangelize best practices, and mentor junior teammates on copywriting, automation logic and deliverability hygiene.
- • Manage complex project calendars with multiple concurrent campaigns, launches and experiments. Juggle localization workflows in 10+ languages, coordinate approvals with legal and brand, and still hit aggressive deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- • Keep the customer experience sacred. Guard against over-messaging, maintain GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance, and use feedback loops to ensure every interaction strengthens trust and brand love.
- • Contribute to 2025 strategic roadmap: expand into new channels like RCS and push notifications, pilot AI-driven content generation, and build predictive churn models that proactively rescue at-risk users.
- • Celebrate wins and learn from losses at Hostinger’s legendary Town Halls, team-building workations and milestone parties—because growing 4 million websites should be as fun as it is impactful.
