  • • As a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist at Tinuiti, you will play a pivotal role in driving client growth and retention by designing and executing data-informed marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value across multiple channels. Your work directly contributes to eliminating waste and scaling what works—core to Tinuiti’s mission of delivering measurable, accountable marketing results.
  • • Day to day, you will provide strategic guidance and develop roadmap plans to improve client KPIs such as engagement, retention, and lifetime value; lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion through proactive communication and problem-solving; build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders as a trusted advisor; oversee the creation and QA of comprehensive campaign performance reports, analyzing data to uncover trends and optimization opportunities; mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and alignment with client objectives; collaborate with Tech & Ops teams to ensure successful execution of technical solutions; and drive innovative, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with emerging industry trends and technologies.
  • • You will join Tinuiti’s expert lifecycle marketing team within the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., managing over $4 billion in digital media and serving more than 1,200 employees. The team is known for its blend of strategic depth, technical expertise, and commitment to client success, operating with a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, and SFMC; strengthen your ability to translate data into strategic insights; grow as a leader through mentoring junior talent and influencing cross-functional initiatives; and gain exposure to high-impact, enterprise-level marketing challenges that shape customer journeys at scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • • Familiarity with ESP platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or SFMC; certification within these platforms is a plus
  • • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions, supported by advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives
