📋 Description
- • The Lifecycle & Retention Manager will own the full post-purchase customer journey for a premium golf apparel brand, building and optimizing retention systems across email, SMS, loyalty, referrals, and reviews to increase repeat purchase behavior and customer lifetime value.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing Klaviyo flows and campaigns, leading SMS strategy via Attentive, coordinating cross-channel journeys, designing loyalty and referral programs, building customer segments using RFM and behavioral data, optimizing review solicitation via Okendo, and maintaining retention dashboards tied to revenue goals.
- • The company is a premium golf apparel brand known for bold, colorful design in a traditionally conservative category, focused on making golf more expressive, confident, and inclusive while maintaining high product quality and a distinctive customer experience.
