- • Audit and evaluate the quality of AI-generated conversational responses in Hindi, focusing on linguistic accuracy, fluency, and contextual appropriateness.
- • Assess chatbot dialogues based on predefined core dimensions including grammar, syntax, semantic coherence, tone, cultural relevance, and intent alignment.
- • Provide detailed feedback on errors or inconsistencies in AI-generated text, highlighting areas for improvement in natural language generation.
- • Apply academic or professional linguistic expertise to identify nuances in Hindi usage, including regional variations, idiomatic expressions, and formal/informal register distinctions.
- • Ensure evaluations are consistent with project guidelines and quality benchmarks established for AI model performance.
- • Submit structured evaluations through designated platforms, adhering to deadlines and formatting requirements for each assessment task.
- • Participate in periodic calibration sessions to align evaluation standards with project leads and other linguists on the team.
- • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all assigned audit tasks, ensuring reliable data for AI model refinement.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own schedule within the 10+ hours per week commitment.
- • Contribute to the advancement of Hindi-language AI systems by helping to train models to produce more human-like, culturally appropriate, and linguistically precise responses.
- • Engage with cutting-edge conversational AI technologies and contribute to the ethical development of language models used in global applications.
- • Retain confidentiality of all project materials, including AI outputs and internal evaluation criteria, in accordance with company policies.
- • Be available to respond to clarifications or revisions requested by project managers regarding submitted evaluations.
- • No prior experience with AI systems is required, but a strong command of Hindi and formal training or professional experience in translation is essential.

- • Professional linguist or holder of an academic degree in translation
- • Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi with deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and cultural context
- • Ability to analyze and critique linguistic quality in AI-generated text with precision and consistency
- • Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely with flexible hours
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines
- • Willingness to work part-time (10+ hours per week) on a freelance basis
