- • Audit and evaluate the quality of AI-generated conversations in Indonesian, focusing on linguistic accuracy, fluency, and contextual appropriateness.
- • Assess chatbot dialogues based on predefined core dimensions including coherence, grammar, tone, cultural relevance, and semantic fidelity.
- • Provide detailed feedback on errors or inconsistencies in AI-generated responses, identifying patterns that impact user experience.
- • Apply professional linguistic expertise to determine whether AI outputs align with native Indonesian language norms and usage.
- • Compare outputs from two different AI models to identify strengths, weaknesses, and relative performance differences.
- • Maintain consistent evaluation standards across all assigned tasks, ensuring reliability and reproducibility in quality assessments.
- • Document observations and recommendations for improvement in structured formats as required by project guidelines.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to deadlines and quality benchmarks for each batch of conversations reviewed.
- • Participate in periodic training sessions or updates to stay aligned with evolving evaluation criteria and project objectives.
- • Contribute to the refinement of AI communication systems by highlighting nuances in Indonesian language use that current models may overlook.
- • Ensure all evaluations are conducted with attention to detail, neutrality, and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- • Manage time flexibly to meet weekly hour requirements of 10+ hours, completing work at any time of day or night according to personal schedule.
- • Communicate clearly with project coordinators when clarification is needed on evaluation criteria or task instructions.
- • Maintain high standards of professionalism and accuracy throughout the duration of the freelance engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional linguist or holder of an academic degree in translation
- • Native or near-native proficiency in Indonesian
- • Strong understanding of Indonesian grammar, syntax, idioms, and cultural context
- • Ability to analyze and critique AI-generated text with precision and consistency
- • Reliable internet access and ability to use digital evaluation platforms
- • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule
