- • Audit and evaluate the quality of AI-generated conversational outputs in Korean, focusing on linguistic accuracy, fluency, and contextual appropriateness.
- • Assess chatbot dialogues using predefined evaluation dimensions that include coherence, grammar, tone, cultural relevance, and semantic fidelity.
- • Provide detailed, structured feedback on AI model responses to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in natural language generation.
- • Apply professional linguistic expertise or academic training in translation to ensure evaluations reflect native-level proficiency in Korean.
- • Review a variety of conversational contexts, including customer service, casual dialogue, and task-oriented interactions, to ensure broad coverage of AI use cases.
- • Maintain consistent quality standards across all evaluations by adhering to documented guidelines and rubrics provided by the project team.
- • Deliver evaluations on a flexible schedule, completing a minimum of 10 hours per week at any time of day or night.
- • Collaborate remotely with a global team of linguists and AI quality analysts to contribute to the iterative refinement of Korean-language AI models.
- • Ensure all assessments are submitted accurately and on time through designated digital platforms and reporting tools.
- • Contribute to the enhancement of AI communication systems by identifying patterns of linguistic error, bias, or unnatural phrasing in model outputs.
- • Participate in occasional brief training sessions or updates to stay aligned with evolving evaluation criteria or project objectives.
- • Maintain confidentiality of all project materials, including proprietary AI models and conversation datasets.
- • Serve as a quality gatekeeper for Korean-language AI interactions, directly influencing user experience and model performance in real-world applications.
- • Be part of a pioneering initiative shaping the future of conversational AI by ensuring linguistic authenticity and cultural nuance in machine-generated dialogue.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional linguist or holder of an academic degree in translation
- • Native or near-native proficiency in Korean
- • Strong understanding of Korean grammar, syntax, idiomatic usage, and cultural context
- • Ability to provide detailed, objective, and structured linguistic feedback
- • Reliable internet access and proficiency with digital evaluation platforms
- • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule
