- • As a Linux (RHEL) Sales Specialist at Red Hat, you will drive enterprise Linux software subscription sales across the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Belgium, directly contributing to Red Hat’s market leadership in open-source infrastructure by aligning customer challenges with tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- • You will own the full sales lifecycle for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), from identifying new opportunities and leading customer presentations to forecasting, solution positioning, and post-sale expansion—ensuring adoption scales beyond initial deployment into broader platform utilization.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor and technical evangelist, translating complex open-source capabilities into strategic business outcomes while collaborating with account teams, ISVs, hyperscalers, and internal stakeholders to orchestrate multi-vendor, end-to-end solutions.
- • You will deepen your expertise in enterprise Linux, cloud consumption models, and open-source ecosystems while shaping go-to-market strategies for RHEL in Western Europe, positioning yourself as a domain authority within Red Hat’s global sales organization.
- • You will develop advanced consultative selling skills, master enterprise architecture alignment, and gain exposure to C-suite engagement—building a career trajectory toward senior sales leadership, solution architecture, or product strategy roles within a Fortune 500 open-source innovator.
- • You will join a culture of inclusion and innovation at Red Hat, where your ideas are valued regardless of tenure, and you’ll work flexibly in a remote-first environment with opportunities to travel and collaborate across 40+ countries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of sales or delivery experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or consulting organizations
- • 5+ years of technology experience as a business-focused Solution Architect, Technical Leader, Product Manager, or similar role with ability to translate product capabilities into business value
- • Extensive knowledge of the Linux market, use cases, competitors, and value proposition
- • Expert-level understanding of open-source technology principles and processes
- • Experience with hyperscalers and cloud consumption models, plus solid understanding of data center server lifecycle management at scale
- • Dutch language preferred
