• • The Live Events/Online Events Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of virtual events and student support for a real estate education startup, directly impacting client satisfaction and program success.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include running live sessions (weekly and weekend calls), preparing event assets like slides, videos, timers, and surveys, managing attendee admission and chat, fulfilling resource requests from leadership, handling breakout sessions and spotlight speakers, coordinating gifts and follow-ups, and maintaining a clear inbox with timely responses to student inquiries.
