  • • Serve as a Loan Sales Representative for Above Lending, a next-generation financial services company focused on simplifying the lending process and improving borrower financial well-being.
  • • Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying, engaging, and converting qualified leads into loan customers through direct sales outreach.
  • • Provide personalized support to clients throughout the loan application and approval process, ensuring transparency and clarity in product offerings.
  • • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using company-provided systems and tools.
  • • Educate potential borrowers on loan products, competitive rates, and terms to help them make informed financial decisions aligned with their personal goals.
  • • Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and company policies when discussing loan options, interest rates, and repayment structures.
  • • Work one of two designated remote shifts: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT or 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, compliance, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences and timely loan processing.
  • • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets established by management to contribute to overall team and company performance.
  • • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • • Stay current on industry trends, lending regulations, and product updates to effectively represent Above Lending’s offerings.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate loan benefits and address client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • • Represent Above Lending’s brand with integrity, emphasizing affordability, accessibility, and client-centered service in all customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, lending, or related industries
  • • Availability to work either the 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT or 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. CT shift, Monday through Friday
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
