- • As a Local Account Executive in Public Safety at Flock Safety, you will drive revenue growth by selling innovative security technology to law enforcement, government agencies, and community organizations, directly contributing to safer communities through proactive crime prevention.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and supporting onboarding for 200-300 target accounts, aiming to achieve $250K in quarterly closed-won revenue and generate $600K in new pipeline while conducting 7+ customer meetings per week, with at least 3 being initial discovery calls.
- • You will join a high-performance, mission-driven sales team within a fast-scaling, venture-backed company ($700M funding, $7.5B valuation) that values collaboration, ownership, and solving complex problems in public safety technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in public sector sales, master consultative selling to law enforcement and government leaders, build a scalable territory strategy, and earn uncapped commissions while contributing to a national safety network protecting over 5,000 communities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle sales experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas, with ability to drive $250K+ in quarterly revenue
- • Experience managing a pipeline of 20-30 opportunities simultaneously in Salesforce or similar CRM
- • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to engage C-level executives and law enforcement decision-makers
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with creative problem-solving and adaptability
