📋 Description
- • As a Local Clinical Trial Manager/Country Trial Manager at Parexel, you will play a critical role in advancing global health by ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in Germany, directly contributing to therapies that improve patient outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing trial compliance with GCP-ICH and local regulations, managing trial budgets, coordinating site selection and feasibility, leading training for internal and external partners, and monitoring trial conduct for quality, safety, and risk mitigation while providing strategic insights from patient and site feedback.
- • You will join a globally recognized leader in clinical research that has supported the development of most of today’s top 50 best-selling drugs, working within a mission-driven organization committed to improving health through innovation, empathy, and scientific excellence.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and expertise in clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and patient-centric trial design, positioning you to drive meaningful impact in therapeutic development while advancing your professional growth in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical trial management experience
- • Experience managing outsourced trials or CRO management
- • Vendor management experience
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to multi-task under limited direction
- • M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is essential
