• • The Loss Mitigation Specialist is a key member of the Forensic Post Purchase Team at CrossCountry Mortgage, responsible for monitoring, logging, and resolving regulatory notices and documentation issues from HUD, VA, investors, and bond agencies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency in mortgage servicing.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking Notices of Findings and missing documentation requests, logging them in the AMPED mortgage servicing hub, assigning tasks to appropriate team members, obtaining and following up on required paperwork, and coordinating corrections to Note and Mortgage documents to meet investor and agency requirements.
