📋 Description

• • The Maintenance Ecosystem Lead defines and implements ecosystem-specific standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Technical Operations across CSL sites, ensuring alignment with the CSL Operating System and driving operational excellence.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading Gemba walks, conducting site visits and maturity assessments, supporting value capture, coaching leadership teams, implementing tiered meeting cascades, and leading cross-site initiatives to deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools.
