  • • As a Majors Customer Success Manager at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a critical role in guiding the company’s largest customers through their journey with Harvey’s AI platform, ensuring they adopt and derive maximum value from the technology while shaping the future of work in elite law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and premier asset managers.
  • • Day to day, you will serve as the primary contact for major customers with a prescriptive and consultative approach, lead the integration of Harvey into daily workflows, monitor account health proactively, train and enable end users, engage stakeholders at all levels including executives, and relay customer insights to internal product teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • • Harvey AI Inc. is transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, serving 1000+ customers across 60+ countries with strong product-market fit and world-class investor backing, operating at an inflection point to define a new category in real time.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise AI adoption, strategic account management, change management for large-scale technology implementations, and executive-level stakeholder influence, while contributing to the evolution of Harvey’s Customer Success program and product roadmap through direct customer advocacy and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Background in management consulting or technology advisory at a top-tier firm, or strategic customer success/account management experience in Enterprise SaaS or legal (big law or in-house) environments
  • • Proven history and comfort leading change management and wide-scale adoption for large technology projects
  • • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level, including executives
