- • As a Majors Customer Success Manager at Harvey AI, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor to the company’s largest enterprise clients across EMEA, including elite law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and premier asset managers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Harvey’s AI-powered platform.
- • You will manage end-to-end customer relationships, drive adoption and integration of Harvey into client workflows, monitor account health, lead training and enablement initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
- • You will collaborate closely with internal teams — including Product, Engineering, and Legal Product Specialists — to relay customer insights, influence product roadmap decisions, and ensure continuous improvement of the platform.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where ownership, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to scaling Harvey’s presence in the legal and professional services sector.
