  • • Manager, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Marketing Operations – a hands-on, data-driven role supporting the execution of ABM strategy and strengthening the systems that power the demand engine at Ansira Partners, LLC.
  • • Day to day, you will support execution of ABM programs using Demandbase, manage target account lists and segmentation, partner with Marketing and Sales to activate campaigns, track and report on account engagement and campaign performance, support day-to-day management of marketing systems including Salesforce, Demandbase, and marketing automation platforms, maintain data quality and campaign tracking, assist in improving lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle processes, support lead generation and nurturing across channels, ensure proper lead capture, routing, and follow-up, partner with Sales to improve lead handoff and conversion, support integration of affiliate/partner-driven leads into marketing workflows, help ensure consistency in tracking and performance measurement, manage and support a Colombia-based team member, and help build repeatable processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • • You will join a marketing team focused on driving targeted account engagement, improving lead quality, and ensuring the marketing technology stack operates effectively, sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology to drive demand generation and conversion.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in ABM execution and marketing operations, gain hands-on experience with Demandbase and marketing automation platforms, strengthen your ability to manage cross-functional initiatives between Marketing and Sales, improve your skills in data-driven campaign optimization and lead management, and build experience in process improvement and team support within a remote-first environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to ABM and/or marketing operations
  • • Hands-on experience with Demandbase or similar ABM tools
  • • Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
  • • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems
  • • Ability to execute campaigns and manage multiple priorities
  • • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
