📋 Description

• • As a Manager, Account Executive, Immigration at Deel, you will lead the Enterprise Mobility sales function, owning and growing a portfolio of Enterprise accounts focused on immigration and global mobility solutions. This senior role offers a clear trajectory into team leadership as Deel scales its mobility motion, allowing you to shape how global businesses manage immigration at scale.
• • You will drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from initial qualification to signed retainer agreements, collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, and platform AEs. You’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations involving CHROs, Global Mobility Directors, General Counsel, and HR Operations leaders, building consensus across legal, finance, HR, and procurement teams to position Deel’s full mobility suite as an integrated solution.
• • You will convert transactional accounts into long-term retained programs by aligning immigration strategy with clients’ workforce and business objectives, identify expansion opportunities across new geographies, visa categories, and service lines, and cultivate C-level relationships that drive loyalty, referrals, and ARR growth.
• • You will maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and commercially sound deal structuring while partnering with Mobility Ops and Client Success to ensure seamless handoffs and feeding frontline insights into product and go-to-market strategy. As the mobility function matures, you’ll contribute to team culture by coaching peers, sharing best practices, and mentoring future team members.
