• • The Manager, Account Executive, Mid-Market role at Deel is critical to driving revenue growth by leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on the mid-market segment. This role ensures consistent execution across the full sales cycle, directly impacting Deel’s mission to scale global hiring and payroll solutions compliantly and efficiently.
• • Day to day, the manager will hire, coach, and develop Account Executives; conduct regular 1:1s, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions; monitor pipeline and KPIs; join key opportunities as a player-coach; build scalable sales processes and playbooks; partner cross-functionally for seamless customer handoffs; and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and yearly revenue targets through disciplined CRM hygiene and performance analysis.
