📋 Description

• The Manager Advisory Services role at Premier Inc. is critical to delivering performance improvement solutions to healthcare systems through data-driven consulting engagements. This position leads and manages significant workstreams or projects, ensuring client needs are met, analyses are accurate, and recommendations are actionable and implemented effectively.
• Day to day, the Manager will execute and oversee data analyses, lead client interviews, develop presentations and deliverables, manage project budgets and staff, provide mentorship, ensure quality assurance, and drive billable work to meet utilization targets while managing project economics and logistics.

The Advisory Services Practice collaborates with healthcare systems to enhance operational, financial, and clinical performance through strategic consulting and data analytics.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare advisory services, strengthen leadership and client management skills, gain experience in project profitability and team mentorship, and contribute to practice growth through innovation and participation in internal development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 or more years of applicable experience in health systems finance, operations, clinical or strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision support analytics
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences
• Ability to conduct analyses, oversee, and mentor others in delivering client deliverables
• Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively
