- • As Manager, Business Development at MoneyHero Group Limited, you will drive end-to-end business development initiatives to expand relationships with Hong Kong’s financial institutions, directly contributing to revenue growth and strategic partnerships in a leading tech- and AI-powered personal finance platform serving over 5.1 million monthly users across four markets.
- • Day to day, you will develop and maintain relationships with Hong Kong’s largest banks and finance firms, provide regular insights and performance reports to business partners, lead new revenue-generating initiatives and campaigns, work toward defined revenue targets with commission structures, assist with ad-hoc account management projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) on campaign execution, and relay client feedback to improve the MoneyHero HK platform and drive data optimization.
- • You will join a dynamic Commercial team within MoneyHero Group Limited, a NASDAQ-listed fintech leader (MNY) operating in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines, with over 300 commercial partners and a mission to empower consumers with data-driven financial insights. - • In this role, you will achieve measurable impact by growing revenue through strategic partnerships, sharpen your analytical and negotiation skills, gain deep exposure to B2B2C fintech business models, and advance your career through professional training, internal mobility, and leadership opportunities in a company backed by over US$110 million from top-tier investors including Experian and IFC.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3-5 years of experience in a business development role with a results- and targets-driven mindset
- • Proven ability to lead initiatives that drive growth, preferably in a B2B2C or two-sided marketplace environment
- • Strong interpersonal and social skills to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
- • Proficiency in English and Cantonese (both written and oral) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
