- • As a Manager, Business Development (ANZ) at New Relic, you will lead a strategic revenue engine for the Australia and New Zealand region, shaping the future of observability by empowering companies to thrive in an AI-first world through New Relic’s intelligent platform.
- • You will mentor and empower a high-performing team by recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent, while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to design culturally nuanced outreach campaigns, leveraging AI and sales tools to automate routine tasks, partnering globally with AMER and APAC peers, and using data-driven insights to inform executive leadership on regional performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience in B2B technical sales with a proven track record in a management or team leadership position
- • Deep understanding of outbound pipeline generation and tactical differences in selling across European markets (e.g., London, Munich, Madrid)
- • Genuine passion for learning and development, with a commitment to coaching others to improve their performance
- • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools to streamline workflows and maintain technical edge
- • Fluency in English with strong communication skills to articulate vision and foster a supportive team culture
