  • • As the Manager, Business Development for the APAC region, you will be instrumental in driving Omni Analytics' hypergrowth trajectory by leading and scaling a high-impact team focused on generating qualified pipeline. This role is pivotal in accelerating our market footprint across the Asia-Pacific region, serving as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for top-of-funnel initiatives.
  • • You will be responsible for building and mentoring a world-class Business Development Representative (BDR) team, fostering a culture of excellence, urgency, and results. This involves not only strategic hiring but also establishing clear career advancement paths to ensure talent retention and development within the company.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive and optimize revenue-generating initiatives in key APAC markets. This partnership will ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, maximizing the effectiveness of our go-to-market strategies.
  • • You will lead strategic top-of-funnel initiatives designed to significantly scale pipeline. This requires a deep understanding of prospecting, pitching, and objection handling, and the ability to coach BDRs to excel in these areas.
  • • The role demands the creation of a high-urgency, results-focused culture within the BDR team, driving rapid pipeline growth. You will set ambitious targets and provide the necessary support and guidance for the team to achieve them.
  • • Building an elite BDR team is a core objective. This involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent, as well as implementing robust training and development programs to ensure continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
  • • You will work in close collaboration with the broader sales and marketing teams to optimize overall pipeline performance. This includes analyzing key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies.
  • • Leading upmarket expansion through focused BDR strategy execution is another critical responsibility. You will develop and implement targeted strategies to penetrate larger enterprise accounts within the APAC region.

  • • You will also be responsible for managing the BDR team's performance against key metrics, including but not limited to, qualified opportunities generated, conversion rates, and pipeline value.
  • • The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, as well as celebrating successes within the team.
  • • You will act as a mentor and coach, providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities to each BDR.
  • • Furthermore, you will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform and refine BDR strategies.
