- • Manager of Business Development for the EMEA region at Optro Inc., leading a growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of BDRs; executing inbound and outbound prospecting programs; implementing sales playbooks and workflows; monitoring performance metrics; partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership; overseeing onboarding and enablement; and supporting career progression for team members.
