  • • As Manager, Business Development - NAM at Omni Analytics, you will lead a high-impact BDR team and serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for scaling qualified pipeline across North America, directly contributing to the company’s hypergrowth trajectory as a fast-growing Series B organization.
  • • Day to day, you will scale pipeline through strategic top-of-funnel initiatives, coach BDRs in prospecting, pitching, and objection handling, drive rapid pipeline growth via a results-focused culture, build an elite team through strategic hiring and clear career paths, collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize performance, and lead upmarket expansion through focused BDR strategy execution.
  • • Omni is an AI analytics platform that turns company data into a trusted source of truth for AI, built on a semantic model with shared metrics, permissions, and Git version control, serving as the governed context graph for enterprise AI agents.
