  • • As the Manager, Business Operations & AI, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and optimizing the AI-powered operational framework that will propel Valence through its next phase of significant growth. This is a rare chance to own and refine the core internal operations of the company, encompassing legal, compliance, human resources, administration, office management, vendor relations, procurement, and security – essentially, the foundational elements that enable our success.

  • • Proven experience in business operations, with a strong emphasis on process optimization, automation, and scaling operations within a high-growth technology environment.
  • • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to drive efficiency and build scalable operational systems.
  • • Strong understanding of core business functions including HR, legal, compliance, finance, and procurement, with the ability to integrate them into cohesive operational frameworks.
  • • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex initiatives from conception to completion.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
