Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As Manager, GTM Business Systems at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will lead a team of business systems analysts responsible for building, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce-powered go-to-market (GTM) ecosystem that drives Dandy’s mission to modernize the $200B dental industry. This player-coach role combines hands-on technical work with people leadership to ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that empower clinicians and improve practice outcomes.
  • • You will directly manage a team of business systems analysts, each owning a defined domain across the sales and customer lifecycle, by running disciplined 1:1s, setting clear performance goals, delivering consistent feedback, and owning the full talent management cycle including hiring, performance reviews, calibration, and growth planning to build a high-performing, accountable team.
  • • You will design and own the onboarding experience for new analysts, build and maintain domain enablement resources (Salesforce knowledge, GTM process expertise, Dandy system context), and institutionalize critical knowledge such as configuration decisions and data model rationale as managed assets—not afterthoughts—while driving AI fluency to enhance analytical efficiency and quality.
  • • You will set and uphold the quality bar for business analysis work—including requirements documentation, problem framing, solution assessment, and test validation—by reviewing deliverables as a development tool to sharpen analytical judgment, carrying complex cross-functional work yourself, and ensuring consistency in Salesforce object handling, naming conventions, and data model decisions across pods.
  • • You will ensure each analyst exercises clear ownership of their domain by fostering a culture where problems are identified, solutions proposed, and commitments followed through; maintaining clear ownership mapping for every GTM systems issue; and addressing underperformance through targeted coaching, scope adjustment, or formal performance management when needed.
  • • You will assess team capacity and surface constraints to inform prioritization, own intake, documentation, review cycles, and handoff standards within the BSA function, manage the GTM systems vendor portfolio (including license management, renewals, utilization tracking, and cost optimization), and report on team performance, delivery quality, analyst development, and systemic gaps to the Director of Business Systems.
  • • You will contribute to Dandy’s global mission by enabling clinicians and their teams with reliable, innovative technology that simplifies dental practice operations, improves patient care, and scales efficiently as the company expands internationally—turning GTM systems into a strategic advantage that directly supports practice growth and team effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of direct people management experience over business systems analysts, Salesforce administrators, or comparable technical/functional roles, including performance management, intentional development, and team accountability.
  • • 5+ years of experience working in or alongside GTM systems with Salesforce Sales Cloud as the primary platform, including deep understanding of functional domains across the sales and customer lifecycle.
  • • Salesforce platform fluency sufficient to evaluate team work critically—ability to read Flows, assess data model decisions, and identify configuration choices that could create scalability or maintenance issues.
  • • Hands-on analytical capability to independently produce high-quality requirements documentation, solution assessments, process designs, and carry complex or cross-functional BSA work when required.
  • • Accountability-first leadership style: holds high standards, follows through consistently, and distinguishes between coaching needs and performance issues requiring direct intervention.
  • • Genuine investment in developing people—proven ability to grow contributors into confident domain owners through coaching, enablement, and structured growth planning.
  • • Strong written communication skills: ability to translate technical system complexity into clear business language and produce documentation that is actually used by stakeholders.
  • • Process orientation: builds team structures and rhythms (intake, reviews, handoffs) that create consistent strength without unnecessary overhead, knowing the difference between useful rigor and bureaucracy.
  • • Experience managing contractor relationships and SaaS vendor portfolios, including license tracking, renewal management, utilization review, and cost optimization opportunities.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision plans tailored to your location, ensuring you and your family have access to quality medical support.
  • • Mental health resources and wellness programs designed to support emotional well-being and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday schedule, plus parental planning resources to support work-life balance and family needs.
  • • Retirement savings options (e.g., 401(k) with company match where applicable) to help you build long-term financial security.
  • • Commitment to accessibility and inclusion: full ADA compliance and accommodations available for interviews and employment to ensure an equitable workplace for all.
  • • Equal-opportunity employer with a strong culture of diversity, authenticity, and belonging—where your unique background is valued as a strength.
  • • Data privacy protections: transparent handling of personal information under GDPR and internal privacy policies, with rights to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
  • • Opportunity to work on meaningful technology that transforms a legacy industry—dental healthcare—by enabling clinicians to deliver better care through innovative, reliable systems.
  • • Remote-first work flexibility within the USA, allowing you to contribute to a global mission from wherever you are located.
