- • As a Manager, Campaign Operations at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s global marketing engine by ensuring seamless, accurate, and efficient lead management across international markets. Your work directly supports Dandy’s mission to modernize the $200B dental industry through technology, enabling clinicians to deliver better care by connecting high-intent leads to sales with precision and speed.
- • You will own the end-to-end lead lifecycle—from initial capture through marketing nurture to sales handoff—ensuring data integrity, timely routing, and optimal conversion rates. This includes managing Marketo programs, maintaining Salesforce synchronization, enforcing segmentation best practices, and refining lead scoring models to deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads that fuel revenue growth.
- • Day-to-day, you will design, execute, and optimize Marketo campaigns across email, paid media, events, and web channels, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to operational SLAs. You will monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain data hygiene through deduplication and normalization, and partner closely with channel managers to align messaging, timing, and audience targeting.
- • You will lead international campaign operations as Dandy expands into new geographies, establishing data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regional regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA), and aligning systems to support localized messaging while maintaining global consistency in lead flow and reporting.
- • You will collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate campaign strategy into operational reality—building and maintaining scalable processes, documenting workflows, and driving continuous improvement through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and feedback loops.
- • You will mentor and guide cross-functional stakeholders on marketing automation best practices, championing a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Your expertise will help elevate the team’s ability to scale campaigns rapidly without sacrificing quality or compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or a closely related role with proven success in managing end-to-end lead lifecycle processes.
- • Deep expertise in Marketo, including campaign execution, program administration, lead management, segmentation, and platform configuration—certification preferred but not required.
- • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including lead/contact management, campaign influence, reporting, and integration with marketing automation systems.
- • Experience working in a B2B, high-growth technology company environment, preferably with exposure to SMB or mid-market marketing motions.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical operational details into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- • Demonstrated ability to enforce data governance, maintain data hygiene, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in multi-geographic campaigns.
