- • Lead a team of Implementation Managers to deliver positive client experiences across under-500 employee sales markets, overseeing implementations for new and renewing commercial clients while partnering with sales and matrix teams to drive timely, high-quality outcomes.
- • Foster a culture of inclusion and accountability through strategic coaching and continuous growth, managing team capacity, pipeline, and staffing to ensure service delivery meets client commitments and business needs such as backfills, upskilling, and time-off coverage.
- • Drive service excellence using data-driven decisions and proactive risk management, transform broad strategies into actionable goals, and ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with partners and communicating updates via dashboards and reports.
- • Serve as primary escalation contact for operational issues, partner with internal teams for swift resolutions, and partner with Sales on client renewal and retention planning using market and competitive insights to strengthen team positioning and drive growth.
- • Proactively identify, champion, and execute process improvement initiatives to support client growth and retention, while providing executive communication and reporting on market performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience with strong understanding of its complexities, challenges, and evolving landscape
- • 3+ years of experience driving successful client implementations and earning trust through strong interpersonal presence and persuasive communication
- • 3+ years of experience using data to identify trends and opportunities, deliver strategic insights, and manage a complex book of business
- • Proven ability to inspire high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement through effective leadership and coaching
- • Proficient technical skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to lead and influence internal and external matrix partners
- • Ability to travel up to 20%
