  • • The Manager of Client Success will lead a team of Client Success Managers in providing industry-leading customer service and acting as trusted advisors to clients using the StackAdapt platform in a self-serve capacity, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle.
  • • Day to day responsibilities include leading, developing, and inspiring a global team of Client Success Managers; partnering with Inside Sales to build a world-class onboarding program; acting as a trusted advisor to clients; driving efficiencies through automation; fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing; tracking and analyzing client success metrics and KPIs; owning the customer support platform and ticketing systems; and serving as a client advocate within the company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Extensive media experience and programmatic knowledge
  • • 3+ years of experience managing a client-facing team and growing revenue
  • • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing client-facing teams, including direct people leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • • Proven ability to inspire and energize teams, with a passion for mentorship and team development
  • • Established track record of overcoming challenges, driving solutions, and making data-driven decisions
  • • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts
