📋 Description
- • Lead and grow the Commercial/SMB sales segment by managing a team of high-velocity sellers focused on commercial customers, responsible for building pipelines, driving conversion, and delivering revenue.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing Jr AEs and Commercial AEs; owning pipeline and revenue targets; building and refining inbound/outbound motions; partnering with Marketing, Sales Ops, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Alliances; establishing operating rhythms with clear goals, coaching, data-driven feedback, and performance follow-up; providing forecasting and reporting; developing career paths; fostering a supportive, accountable team culture; staying current on cybersecurity offerings and translating them into talk tracks and plays; and championing process and tooling improvements in Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
