📋 Description
- • Lead a frontline team of Account Executives across EMEA to drive commercial sales growth and revenue performance
- • Coach, develop, and manage sellers to improve pipeline quality, deal execution, and quota attainment
- • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to refine sales motion, improve conversion, and enhance customer experience
- • Build a high-performance, inclusive team culture focused on ambition, customer value, and continuous improvement
- • Report on team performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health to senior leadership while ensuring CRM hygiene and operating rigor
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales, including experience leading frontline commercial or mid-market sellers
- • Proven track record coaching reps to stronger pipeline quality, better deal execution, and consistent quota attainment
- • Experience managing forecast discipline, CRM hygiene, and sales operating rhythms in a fast-moving environment
- • Strong understanding of selling into EMEA markets and how regional nuance shapes hiring, coaching, and execution
- • Excellent communication, performance-management, and relationship-building skills
- • Analytical and data-driven approach to diagnosing team performance and improving outcomes
